there are many factors that influence the value of fuel. i will list the first five that come to my mind. 1) refining the oil into relevant fuel. 2) the level of demand which depends on the season. 3) the cost and tax added to it plus the distributors wanting their cut and whoever else is in the chain of cost. that's probably 4 in one. 4) also another thing that has to do with price is the transportation of the fuel. 5) last but not least, the amount of supply. hope this !
